Founded by the great Massimo Osti in 1975, C.P. Company has become a brand laboratory that conducts research and design with passion and boundless curiosity. Sourcing materials from every corner of the world and continuously experimenting with new manufacturing techniques, it has in its 40-year history produced over 40,000 garments, each reflecting C.P. Company’s core philosophy – Function and Use.
The Goggle Jacket is possibly the most well-known jacket to date from the company and is arguably just as iconic as the brand itself. Originally designed by Massimo Osti as part of the sponsorship deal for the world famous ‘Mille Miglia’ open road endurance race, which took place in the cites of Italy from 1927 to 1957. This is where the jacket gets its nickname Mille Miglia from.
The experimentation with C.P. Company never ends, resulting in collections that overstep the boundaries of fashion and stimulate reflection, sometimes with deliberate provocation. In a day and age where clothing is seen as a form of personal identity and expression, exhibiting Function and Use has become symbolic of individuality, and C.P. Company believes that those core philosophies are as relevant today as they ever have been.
